Caring for Kenyans, the way we'd care for our own family
Nyumbani Support Solutions was born from a simple conviction: that families navigating illness, recovery, and aging deserve professional, compassionate support — at home, in their own space, on their own terms.
Our Mission & Vision
Nyumbani — meaning "home" in Swahili — captures everything we believe in. Home is where people heal fastest, feel safest, and maintain their dignity most naturally. Yet most families discover that bringing care home means navigating a fragmented system alone.
We exist to change that. Our mission is to deliver hospital-quality in-home care — skilled nursing oversight, personal care, recovery coordination, and medical equipment — to families across Kenya, through a team that shows up consistently, communicates clearly, and treats every client like a person, not a patient.
Our vision is a Kenya where no family has to figure out post-discharge care alone, where seniors can age in place with dignity, and where the word "home" is synonymous with safe, supported, thriving.
Four pillars that guide every interaction
From the first call to the final visit, these are the principles that determine how every caregiver shows up, communicates, and delivers care.
Compassionate Care
We believe that care begins before any procedure or task. Our caregivers are trained to listen first — to the client, and to the family — so that every action is grounded in genuine understanding and human warmth.
Support at Home
Hospital-quality care delivered in familiar surroundings. People recover faster, feel safer, and retain more dignity at home. We bring the care to where healing happens best.
Empowering People
We teach as we care. When families understand what is happening, what to monitor, and what to do if something changes, they feel confident rather than dependent. That confidence is part of our service.
Trust & Reliability
Background-checked, NCK-credentialed caregivers who arrive on time, in uniform, every visit. Families deserve to know exactly who is coming through the door — and to trust them completely.
The people behind the uniform
Our caregivers arrive in our signature forest-green uniform, carrying credentials, compassion, and a commitment to showing up the same way every time.

Care that earns your trust, every visit
Inviting a caregiver into your home is a profound act of trust. We don't take it lightly. Every Nyumbani caregiver is carefully selected, trained to professional and hospitality standards, background-checked, and supervised by our care coordination team.
We measure ourselves not by visits completed, but by the families who call us back, by the elders who remember our caregivers' names, and by the recoveries that happen at home instead of in hospital corridors.
Whether you need a single visit or round-the-clock support, we show up the same way: prepared, present, and proud of what we do.
