The right equipment for safe recovery at home
Every item in our catalog is hospital-grade, regularly maintained, and delivered clean. We don't just drop it at your door — we set it up correctly, show the family how to use it safely, and make sure it fits the recovery situation properly.

From assessment to setup in your home
Needs Assessment
We review the discharge plan, medical notes, and home layout to confirm which equipment is needed, where it should go, and whether there are any access or power requirements to plan for.
Bundle Confirmed & Scheduled
We confirm the rental bundle, timeline, and any additional items — and schedule delivery to arrive before or on the day of discharge, so everything is ready when your loved one comes home.
Delivery & Setup
Our team delivers, assembles, and positions every item — adjusting bed height, installing safety rails, checking oxygen concentrator function, and positioning mobility aids correctly.
Family Training
We walk the family through how to use every piece of equipment — including safe transfer technique, oxygen equipment safety, alarm responses, and who to call if anything changes.
Equipment enquiries welcome — no commitment needed
