Hospital-grade equipment, delivered to your home
The right equipment makes the difference between a safe recovery and a preventable crisis. We deliver, set up, and train your family on everything — so there's no guesswork about how to use it or whether it's the right piece for your situation.
Bundled by recovery scenario
Rather than piecing together individual items, we bundle equipment by the type of recovery — so every piece works together and nothing is missing from day one.
Mobility & Independence
Wheelchair, walker, quad cane, grab rails, and non-slip mats — for clients recovering from orthopaedic surgery, stroke, or hip fracture.
Post-Surgery Recovery
Adjustable hospital bed, pressure-relief mattress, commode, over-bed table, and patient lift — for clients with limited mobility after major surgery.
Respiratory Support
Oxygen concentrator, portable oxygen cylinder, pulse oximeter, and nebuliser — for clients managing COPD, pneumonia recovery, or chronic respiratory conditions.
Comfort & Palliative
Comfort recliner, pressure-relief mattress, bedside table, positioning wedges, and call bell — for clients receiving palliative or long-term care at home.
When to request an equipment bundle
- Your loved one is being discharged and the hospital mentioned they'll need a hospital bed or wheelchair
- A family member has limited mobility after surgery and the current home setup isn't safe
- You need an oxygen concentrator or respiratory equipment at home but don't know how to source or use it
- A senior is receiving palliative care at home and needs comfort-focused equipment and positioning aids
- You want professional delivery and setup — not equipment left in a box at the door
- You need rental rather than purchase — for a defined recovery period without the long-term commitment
Setup on day one
Needs Assessment
We review the discharge notes, medical situation, and home layout to identify exactly which equipment is needed and how to configure it safely.
Bundle Confirmed & Scheduled
We confirm the rental bundle, timeline, and any additional items — and schedule delivery to arrive before or on the day of discharge.
Delivery & Setup
Our team delivers, assembles, and correctly positions every item in the home — including adjusting bed height, installing safety rails, and checking oxygen equipment.
Family Training
We take time to walk the family through how to use every piece of equipment safely — including emergency procedures and who to call if something changes.
Need equipment before discharge day?
Contact us as early as possible — ideally 24–48 hours before discharge. We'll coordinate with the hospital, confirm what's needed, and have everything set up and ready when your loved one comes home.
